Movement and understanding the body’s many capabilities is her entire life’s work.

She attributes the longevity of her dance career to her understanding of bio mechanics and the many modalities she learned while caring for her body as a performer. She incorporate release techniques based in Franklin Method, Alexander, Feldenkrais and has a developed style of manual therapies for the muscles, bones, fascia and fluid systems. Jillian loves sharing these tools with people and watching their bodies change.

Her use of combining modalities expresses her perspective that the whole body is an intelligent system that knows only how to heal. It is Jillian’s aim to help people develop a positive relationship with their body as a way to attain resilience, health and longevity.

KIRSTY - LEE

Kirsty has been interested in eastern medicinal health practices all her life. This has developed in her practice through aligning this work with a more informed understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and physiology.

She works with manual therapies that intersect eastern and western healing modalities. She uses light to deep pressure techniques, passive exercise, cupping, application of heat and cold as well as shiatsu and gua sha to help re-align and release lines of tension in the body.

Her goal is to help the body restore itself through the release of tension as a way of opening the lymph and circulatory channels so the body can heal itself.
