We teach privates that incorporate different modalities based in PILATES, ASSISTED STRETCH and RESTORATIVE BODYWORK . Start with an intake/introductory session, choose what you like, and we will customize a package that will address your specific needs and goals.

  • PILATES & STRENGTH

    We design our STRENGTH sessions with private Pilates, Floor Barre and HIIT intervals to tone and firm the body. There is a strong focus on technique, muscular balance and intensity. All work is focused towardslong lean musculature.

  • ASSISTED STRETCH

    Increase range of motion by addressing the source of tension, whether its in the muscles, fascia or nervous system. This creates a lasting effect and makes movement feel good by improving the relationship between the tissues of the body.

  • RESTORATIVE BODYWORK

    Putting the body into a restorative state helps alleviate pain and tension. We combine postures, with hands on support, points of pressure, lymphatic drainage, and passive joint movements. This work is done fully clothed on a mat or table.
