Classes are open level and small. This allows the instructor to watch and provide personal feedback with hands on cues and adjustments. Please wear clothes you can move in and socks and anything recommended in the class descriptions.

Stretch
We do a few gentle warm ups to help relax and open the body, followed by guided stretch that helps you to focus on breath and relaxation as you allow the muscles to open.

Pilates Mat
This all-level group class provides a complete workout using your own body’s resistance. Props such as therabands, physioballs, etc. may be used to enhance the work. This class is best suited for those with a basic knowledge of Pilates.

Floor Barre
Floor barre simplifies the embodied technique of ballet into simple exercises. This work help you feel the correct muscles when in turnout, increases strength and mobility as well as improves coordination, grace, and agility that ballet provides.

Adult Ballet
This class will be taught at the barre with some center work at the end. It is designed for beginners/ all levels who want to move and strengthen with classical technique. Learn the fundamental steps, vocabulary, and nuance of classical ballet, in a welcoming and inclusive space.

Yoga (Vinyasa and Hatha)
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel energy in the body. This class focuses on form first and then flow. Classes are open to all levels and are designed for all bodies.

Somatic movement
This is a fun way to explore how your body moves and expand on its range of possibilities. We use guided exploration exercises as well and phrases to integrate and educate the mind-body connection.

MORNING PRACTICE
Description MORNING PRACTICE
Start your morning with a 15 min meditation that transitions in to a movement class. We combine Pilates mat, Vinyasa flow and somatic movement practices to help get your body moving and your day started.

EVENING PRACTICE
EVENING PRACTICE
This class is intended to help you unwind and open after your day. We use fascial release techniques, guided stretch and restorative poses. This class will end with a 5-15 minute soft meditation.
