relax And restore

Putting the body into a restorative state helps alleviate pain and tension. We combine postures, with hands on support, points of pressure, lymphatic drainage, and passive joint movements to encourage the body into a state of parasympathetic dominance (a restful state where the body can rebuild and heal). This work is done fully clothed on a mat or table and incorporates various techniques to open and relax your body.
