SHIATSU works on the meridians and vital points to increase flow.

Derived from ANMA techniques and therapies, Shiatsu uses gentle and deep pressure along the vascular channels in accordance with passive exercises to address the lymph and soft tissue. This work is best done weekly as a maintenance that gives ease and flow of the blood and nutrients throughout the body.

ACUPRESSURE uses localized pressure to release blockages.

We all have areas where tension builds, this technique is used for more acute areas that are constricting the tissue. It goes deeper and focuses more on dissolving knots.

SENSORY REPATTERNING is hands on bodywork helps you feel your range of possible movement.

The session is designed to relax the body through a series of rocking and passive joint movements. It expands your range of motion through various limb movement explorations. There is often a positive experience of possibility and freedom as you allow your body to be moved. As the body is composed primarily of fluids, the movements experienced during a session return the mind to its basic nature, stimulating memories, ideas, and creativity.

GUA SHA uses tools along the skin to soften and open the soft tissue.

This technique involving scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote blood circulation and stimulate the body's healing. It aims to release tension, reduce inflammation, move lymph and enhance overall well-being.

YOGA NIDRA POSES HELP INTEGRATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM As your body rests in opening poses.

We use bolsters, blocks and straps to help the body rest in positions that relax and open the body. As you settle, the nervous system relaxes into the stretch making the work more lasting and effective.
