1 SESSION - $90 / 3 CLASS PACKAGE for $225

CLASS 1 - INTRODUCTORY SESSION

If we have not had a video consultation, you can request this prior to our first session, making our class 75 min. This will help determine whether you want to start with strength, stretch, somatic movement, or bodywork.

We will teach you how to use any equipment needed as well as the best way to approach sessions together.

CLASS 2 - A DEEPER LOOK

This class will clarify and reinforce anything important from CLASS 1. We then introduce other approaches or modalities that could be of support to you.

By the end of this class you will be familiar with all the equipment, and perhaps a few new ways of working that can inform your practice.

CLASS 3 - CREATING A FOCUS

We are here to help you visualize and define a focus. Clarify what modalities best benefit you and why. Then come together on the best plan forward.

All packages combine the modalities you need and are scheduled accordingly. Combine modalities in each class or concentrate on a different one at a time.

MOVING FORWARD - CUSTOMIZE YOUR PACKAGE OR PAY PER SESSION

Customized packages offer 10 sessions that vary in price depending on your preferences they range from $990-$1350. Sessions last between 55-75 minutes depending on whether you are doing strength, stretch or restorative bodywork.

From there each class starts with how you are feeling in that day and what you need.

We look forward to meeting you!
